BOYZ TRIP 10 - INFORMATION

On this thread you will find official information regarding Boyz Trip. Bullshit on the other threads below, this one is just for official postings and information.

Boyz Trip 10 - Wednesday March 24 through Sunday March 28th. The Full Moon is March 30th, so we will have good moon light these days.
Open to the Boyz, anybody that knows one of the Boyz, or knows one of the Boyz Boyz.
Location: Cement Flats

THINGS WE NEED:
- Bring Firewood. Everybody needs to bring some.
- Bring Outside Lights. We need them for the Night Games.
- Donate Raffle Prizes. If you, somebody you know, or you solicite anything, big or small, please send a PM to trash.
- Bring Horseshoe sets. The more the better to make the Tournament run quicker.
- Margarita Bar. The plan is to have an open BYOB Bar with Blenders. Bring some bottles and mix, take, share, enjoy.

SHIRTS:
- Shirts will be available by preorder. We cannot guarantee shirts and sizes will be available if you do not preorder, and shirts onsite will cost additional.
- You will be able to pay online through Paypal and TrashRacing.com, or mail in a check.
- Shirts will only be sold as a package that includes 1 Shirt, 2 Boyz Trip Stickers, and a Raffle Ticket. The cost of the package is $20.
- We will have some significant raffle prizes, and are working on a very special item.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
- Wednesday - many people will arrive throughout the day Wednesday.

- Thursday
- Day - open
- Night - Glow in the Dark Golf in the Dunes

- Friday
- Day - Mid day ride to Boardmanville for lunch, beer, whatever, stopping at Olds. Random Dune Dodge Ball Game on the return.
- Night - Washer Tournament

- Saturday
- Day - Mid day Horseshoe Tournament
- The Sand drags are Saturday afternoon and close to camp. This is not an official event but many of the Boyz will hang there.
- Sundown - Group Picture at Camp followed by a Fire Lighting Ceremony.
- Early Night - Raffle and Tournament Price Presentation
- Night - Rockin' Drunkin' Karaoke. Yes, seriously. Practice before hand, props and costumes will help, know your stuff and win something.

- Sunday - yes, you gotta go home.

THE 'VEST' - Yes, it's handled. Be afraid, very afraid.
