	FTP upload/download please contact me for a user name and password for ftp access. please limit your total file size to 50MB. e-mail me when you have uploaded something and I will immediately download it and delete it. if you have a confidential item, zip it with a password before you upload it and e-mail me the password. you may be able to use Internet Explorer for ftp access depending on your versions, restrictions, and firewalls. if you don't know how to use an ftp program, or need a refresher, you can get additional information here.
	Web-based E-mail due to increased security, I no longer offer a generic web based email interface. please contact me if I host your website you would like an interface built for your company. if I have already built an interface for your company, you will find it at http://yourdomain.com/email and there will be complete instructions for use in the header.
